Giorgia is an award-winning learning and development professional with over 15 years of experience, recognised for crafting innovative and impactful learning content. She is a dedicated and versatile professional, with a wealth of experience in creating digital, blended, and face-to-face learning programmes. Giorgia has focused on content about Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), management and leadership, and sustainable business practices.

After almost 10 years at the CIPD, Giorgia has joined Christian Aid as a Global Learning and Talent Partner. Alongside this, she works as a freelance consultant to create learning content, facilitate online and face-to-face courses, support with learning strategy creation and implementation, as well as skill gaps analysis and learning evaluation.

For Equalital, Giorgia provides subject matter expertise in training design, helping to craft impactful learning solutions that align with our mission to make great leadership, management and talent strategy accessible to all.

Outside of her professional life, Giorgia is an active advocate for gender equality, human rights, and social justice, and she has volunteered for several organisations over the years.
