We operate a fully paperless environment, prioritising digital tools to reduce waste and maximise efficiency in document sharing, communication, and project management.

Sustainable Travel Practices

We minimise travel, choosing remote communication as our default. When travel is essential for project delivery or relationship building, we prioritise low-impact transport options, including public transport and carpooling where feasible.

Continuous Improvement

We are at the beginning of our sustainability journey and are committed to continuously reviewing and improving our sustainability practices. In 2025 we will publish our first sustainability strategy. We aim to measure our Scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions to identify opportunities for carbon reduction. We will continually adopt best practices and minimise our environmental impact over time, ultimately working towards becoming a regenerative business.
